Our Team

We have a very low staff turnover which is a testament to our high moral levels making the working life feel like an extended family community as opposed to a clinical care environment.

We provide continuing professional development training for all staff and put a lot of time and energy into staff training and personal development.

We also pride ourselves on promoting internally where possible, giving our staff the chance to progress in the healthcare profession.

We earned our reputation over many years of running one of the regions premier care homes and continue to provide a hands-on, honest and open guidance to every aspect of management.

Whitegates is not just a care home, it is a home that cares.

But we know that kind hearts and friendly faces are as important as formal qualifications. Our team has both: their empathy and compassion which complements their professionalism, helping a strong bond to develop with both the resident and their family.
